Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between The Watch Keeper and any customer making a purchase on this website.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are watch accessories. Photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. The Watch Keeper is committed to delivering products that match their description.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of applicable taxes. The Watch Keeper reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

An order is confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation email is automatically sent. The Watch Keeper reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a payment issue or stock unavailability.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy available on the website. Timeframes are given as estimates and may vary.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Return conditions are detailed in our Returns Policy available on the website.

Article 8 — Warranties

Products benefit from legal guarantees under applicable French and UK consumer protection law. In the event of non-conformity, the customer may request a replacement or refund of the product.

Article 9 — Liability

The Watch Keeper shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 10 — Personal Data

Article 11 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of Clermont-Ferrand shall have sole jurisdiction.
