Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom — 4 to 8 business days
- Free shipping on orders over £100
- £4.95 for orders under £100
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions. The Watch Keeper cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take 2 to 5 business days to become active after shipment.
Customs & Duties
As the UK is outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery, in accordance with UK regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with HMRC or your local customs office for more information.
