How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your returns policy?
Every Gentleman Winder comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy — for any reason — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund, no questions asked.
Will a watch winder damage my watch?
No — provided it's set correctly. Every Gentleman Winder is calibrated to rotate within the safe TPD (turns per day) range recommended by watch manufacturers. Over-winding is not possible with an automatic movement, as the mainspring disengages once fully tensioned.
Which watches are compatible?
Gentleman Winder works with all automatic (self-winding) movements, regardless of brand or size. It is not compatible with quartz or manual-wind watches. If you're unsure whether your watch qualifies, feel free to contact us — we're happy to advise.
